It is our policy to develop and maintain positive measures so we recruit, develop and hold on to people with disabilities, keep to the law and encourage best practice.

- Be a leader on regional environmental issues, working cooperatively with other organizations to promote common environmental objectives.

Quality Control
Our quality assurance and quality control procedures are documented in our manual. The manual was conceived as the basis for us to professionally evaluate our design prior to construction.
EE Group quality control function is managed by the Chief Architect and Engineers of the various disciplines involved under the coordination of the Quality Control Manager. This formal system of checks and balances reviews projects at inception and at milestone intervals to assure project objectives are being met, continuity is maintained, and that the appropriate design decision has been taken.
Our quality control program addresses these key elements in meeting our client’s project requirements: cost control procedures and budget maintained construction feasibility and the project schedule.
Broadly speaking the quality control system is divided in 4 parts.
- Concept: To establish objectives and make plans. (This includes analyzing the organization’s situation, establishing overall objectives and setting interim targets) Developing the plans to achieve the set targets.
- Implementation: To make teams and take force, schedules and cost implications to realize the plans made.
- Checks and Balances: To measure results, monitor how far the actual achievements meet the planned objectives.
- Analysis: To correct and improve the plans and how they were put into practice. Improve the plans in order to achieve better results next time.
